Before submitting your application to Oasis Haven Hospice, please review the following minimum requirements to ensure you meet the qualifications for employment:

- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Preferably have a minimum of 1 year of relevant professional caregiving experience.
- Willingness to complete and pass a background screening.
- Ability to provide at least two professional or character references.
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations.
- Consistent schedule and punctuality required.
- Compassionate, dependable, and respectful attitude toward clients and families.
- Must be able to speak fluent English

Required Documents:

- Valid ID/Passport
- Valid working permit
- Social Security Card

Other Requirements:

- Must be willing to complete and pass a Live Scan fingerprint background check as required by state regulations
- Must provide proof of a negative TB test (within the last 12 months) or be willing to complete one prior to hire.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain prior to hire)
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and booster (if applicable), or valid exemption documentation in accordance with state and company policy.
