Position Summary

The Home Health Inc. delivers professional, skilled nursing and therapy services to patients recovering at home. Volunteers help support the care team by providing comfort, administrative assistance, and non-clinical patient engagement.

Key Responibilites

  • Greet patients and assist with non-clinical needs during home visits

  • Deliver comfort kits or wellness calls to clients between visits

  • Support staff with filing, data entry, or supply preparation in the office

  • Assist with patient satisfaction calls and wellness follow-ups

  • Participate in health fairs or educational events as an organization representative

Qualifications

  • Professional demeanor and sensitivity to medical confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)

  • Background in healthcare or interest in nursing, therapy, or medical administration preferred

  • Must pass background screening and attend a volunteer orientation
